Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle showroom walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and digital leads to generate sales & also Work in Feilds.
Conduct product presentations, explain features, and arrange test drives for prospective buyers.
Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO departments to ensure seamless delivery.
Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and local marketing activities.
Ensure excellent customer experience and contribute to dealership CSI scores.

Preferred candidate profile

2 - 7 years of experience in automobile sales (Preferably New Car Sales).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of vehicle finance, insurance, and RTO documentation.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership CRM tools.
Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license.
