Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage distributor and retail network to achieve secondary and tertiary sales targets.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of trade promotions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and implement corrective sales actions.
Build strong relationships with channel partners and ensure timely collections.
Report sales performance and market feedback to the Area Sales Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG General Trade sales.
Strong knowledge of Primary and secondary sales.
Strong knowledge of Chennai market and GT operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
