Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and expand market presence in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential/commercial/luxury real estate.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, investors, brokers, and real estate partners.
  • Understand client needs and provide property solutions that align with their investment goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and sales reports to management and clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM databases and provide regular updates on sales pipeline and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong network in the real estate industry (brokers, developers, clients, investors).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Good understanding of real estate trends, market dynamics, and legal aspects.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in high-ticket or B2B real estate sales.
  • Local market knowledge and familiarity with regional property laws.
  • Multilingual abilities (if relevant to the market).
