Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Chandigarh. The Sales Officer will be responsible for lead generation, channel sales, customer service, and sales operations. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential leads, persuading prospects to consider the company's offerings, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales processes to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Channel Sales
Knowledge in Sales Operations
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience in the financial technology or services industry is a plus
