1)The position is responsible for assisting the AVP in the overall topline and bottom line of the feed vertical for the assigned region.
2)To drive sales of feed additives for Poultry and dairy sectors with focus on concentrated marketing approach for respective product segments.
3)To map sales potential product wise region wise, area wise and individual wise and drive the team to achieve the set business plans.
4)Conducting market analysis, monitor product usage and matching features and benefits to ensure competitive sales approach.
5)Strengthen conventional and non-conventional distribution channels for effective reach of the product keeping supply chain cost at low.
6)Drive awareness campaigns through various programs aimed at educating the market on the product concept and its advantages.
7)Monitor and control the receivables management at customer, distributor and trader level for a better credit management in line with company policy.
8)Coordinate with HO team, support function and channel network for a smooth sales function and better customer service.
9)Control, drive and monitor the critical key accounts and their contribution to the overall business.
10)Strengthen market intelligence Systems to track competition information and devise plans for a counter action.
11)To conduct field trials on products to create confidence among business partners.
Should be a BVSC/MVSC
Should have experience of not less 5 years in the feed industry.
Should have handled minimum one state.
Should be willing to travel extensively.
Should be willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
