Role: Sales Officer

We are hiring a Sales Officer to actively promote and sell agricultural drones to farmers, dealers, and agribusinesses across North Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Identify and approach potential leads including dealers, farmers, and agri-business clients
• Schedule appointments, conduct field visits across multiple districts, and close sales
• Perform live agricultural drone demonstrations in rural areas
• Promote innovative agri solutions to improve farming productivity
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
• Submit daily reports on meetings, sales activities, and market feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer support

Core Activities

• Customer Engagement: Understand farmer needs and recommend suitable agri drone solutions
• Field Visits & Demonstrations: Conduct regular field visits and live drone demos
• Lead Generation & Sales: Generate leads, deliver sales presentations, and achieve targets
• Product Knowledge & Support: Provide basic training and post-sale support
• Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain accurate daily activity and sales reports

• Agricultural crops, inputs, and equipment

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years of proven field sales experience in Agri Drones / Agricultural Equipment / Pesticides / Fertilizers
• SSLC / PUC / Degree
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

License / Certification

• Two-wheeler driving license – Preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Allowances: Travel allowance as per company policy
