Sales Officer - Credit Life Insurance

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate business from partner branches by acquiring new accounts and ensuring the issuance of logged-in business. You will also be required to train partnership branches to minimize discrepancies and increase the brand presence of the organization by placing standees and posters in partner branches. Additionally, you will assist partner branches in their sales calls regarding our products. Your decision scope will involve providing support to partner branches and conducting complete product training to ensure the channel remains competitive and successful. Your day-to-day deliverables will include branch visits and market mapping. You will be required to interface with the Channel Head, Regional Manager, Area Manager, and HO Team. To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies: - Ability to handle teams effectively - High energy levels to drive results - Strong customer orientation to meet their needs - Good communication skills to interact effectively - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships - Ability to multitask efficiently The ideal candidate for this position should be a graduate or postgraduate with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in Credit Life Sales.
