Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Salem. The Sales Officer will focus on identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and effectively conveying the value of Bajaj Finserv’s financial products. The role involves maintaining relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service, handling sales operations, and collaborating with channel partners to maximize business opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong Sales Operations and Channel Sales skills
Proficiency in Customer Service with the ability to address client needs effectively
Experience in Lead Generation and developing sales pipelines
Excellent Communication skills to build lasting client relationships
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior sales experience in financial services or a related industry will be advantageous
