Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a clean, organized and welcoming environment. Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, invoicing and maintaining records. Handle correspondence via phone, email and in-person inquiries. Coordinating ordering and tracking project status and deliveries. Maintain financial records, process payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. Liase factory and logistic providers to ensure timely deliveries. Implement and oversee office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Schedule meetings and booking for the management as required. Provide detailed product information, including material types, finishes and applications. Prepare and present quotes, process orders, and follow up with client. Assist with online inquiries and social media engagements to generate leads. Stay update with industry trends and new product offerings, including indian and imported stone varieties. KRA:- Good command in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Previous experience in office management, sales, or customer service( experience in stone, tile, or construction industry preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft office suite(word, excel. outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sales driven mindset with a passion for interior design and home improvement. Basic understanding of inventory management and bookkeeping. Only females required for this role.
