Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for generating leads, making calls, and following up with leads to drive sales. You will need to thoroughly understand all sales materials and effectively present them to potential clients. Additionally, you will conduct site visits with customers, propose and implement marketing activities for sales projects, and manage updates on various digital media platforms. You will also represent the brand at forums, conferences, and committees, organize vacant rentals, and submit daily reports to the management. Furthermore, you will be in charge of the launch requirements for any new site and submit a monthly plan outlining the tasks to be completed.
