Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Marketing Position, located on-site in Dehradun. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, managing sales pipelines, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management experience
• Proficiency in conducting Training sessions
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is desirable
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience in the herbal or healthcare industry is a plus
