Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehradun for a Sales Marketing Position. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, providing customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing sales management strategies to enhance overall sales performance. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience and ability to achieve sales targets Experience in Training and Sales Management Excellent problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the retail or construction industry is a plus
