Sales & Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for establishing achievable sales targets for the team and monitoring performance to ensure goals are met. You will create and implement detailed sales plans to identify opportunities for growth, including target markets, potential customers, and the best ways to reach them. Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning will guide marketing campaigns and product development. Your role will involve developing and maintaining the company's brand image across all platforms, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences. Planning and executing marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) to promote the company's products or services, enhance visibility, and attract new customers will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, social media content, and ads, ensuring they align with the company's messaging and brand guidelines. This is a full-time position with benefits including a flexible schedule, paid sick time, and the option to work from home. The schedule is on a day shift from Monday to Friday with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in total work, campaign management, sales, and management. The work location is in person. ,
