Job Description: As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Skinfinity Derma in Noida, you will play a crucial role in leading our digital marketing efforts and driving sales growth in the healthcare and clinic industry. Monitoring call quality and providing feedback to the sales team to enhance customer service will be part of your routine tasks. Collaborating with influencers and industry partners to promote Skinfinity Derma services, products, and brand will also be a key responsibility. You will work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring seamless lead handovers and follow-ups. Managing the social media presence by creating engaging content, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics will be essential for this role. Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates such as Meta Ads and Google Ads is crucial. Developing and executing strategies to increase patient flow, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth will be critical for success in this position. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry. A proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving conversion rates, and expanding patient bases is required. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and analytical skills are essential.
