Sales & Marketing Manager

As a Sales Representative at our company, you will be responsible for conducting regular visits to merchants in the open market to promote and educate them about our Flipkart platform. Your primary focus will be guiding merchants through the onboarding process, assisting them with account setup, and ensuring their profiles are created accurately. You will play a crucial role in helping merchants upload and manage their products on Flipkart, guaranteeing that all information is complete and precise. Additionally, you will be presenting advertising opportunities to merchants, emphasizing the benefits of promoting their products or services through our platform. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with merchants is key to this role. You will proactively engage with merchants to renew their subscriptions, address any concerns they may have, and cross-sell other relevant products as per the company's requirements. Utilizing your own vehicle for daily travel to visit merchants within the assigned sales territory is essential. Furthermore, maintaining an active presence on social media platforms to engage with potential and existing clients, share relevant content, and foster relationships is part of your responsibilities.
