Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients including:
• Builders & contractors
• Ready-mix concrete (RMC) plants
• Infrastructure companies
• Promote our 

  silica and construction sand

   offerings.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Meet and exceed 

  monthly sales targets

  .
• Negotiate deals, follow up consistently, and close effectively.
• Stay updated on 

  market trends

  , competitor pricing, and ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure 

  on-time delivery

   and 

  client satisfaction

  .

Requirements

• Graduate in any field (MBA in Marketing is a plus).

• 1–3 years

   of sales/marketing experience (preferably in construction materials).
• Excellent 

  communication, negotiation, and networking skills

  .
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work across Mumbai and Pune.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an 

  existing network

   in the construction sector.
