Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager In Candy Industry We are looking for a driven Sales Professional to lead the growth of our candy products across multiple verticals – including B2B (wholesalers/distributors), B2C (retailers), corporates, hotels, bakeries, and other institutional buyers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales, relationship building, and creating new business opportunities in the FMCG or confectionery sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales channels including B2B, B2C, and institutional sales (corporate gifting, hotels, bakeries, caterers) Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, and modern trade partners Drive direct sales to hotels, bakeries, cafes, gifting companies, and bulk candy users Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets across all channels Coordinate with the marketing and product team for promotions, offers, and merchandising strategies Monitor competitor activity and pricing and share timely market intelligence Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account hygiene Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and events to promote products Maintain detailed sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends
