What You'll Do

Sales Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in-store with outfit selection and styling suggestions.
• Handle inquiries, explain rental processes, and drive conversions.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Support B2B sales activities including collaborations with event planners, stylists.
• Track and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements.
• Help plan and execute on-ground promotional activities and events.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Work on marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and influencer collaborations.
• Assist in planning and executing photoshoots, pop-ups, and store events.
• Conduct local market research to identify potential customers and partnership opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Basic knowledge of tools like

  Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop
