Sales & Marketing Head – Pharma Industry

Kashmik Formulation Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic Sales & Marketing Head to lead our pharma marketing and sales operations.

We’re looking for someone who can handle strategic planning, team management, and execution of marketing campaigns — including content planning, digital post creation, and market promotions.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales and marketing strategy to boost business growth
• Run brand campaigns, promotional activities, and social media planning
• Create and oversee marketing materials like posters, brochures, and digital posts
• Manage sales teams, field operations, and reporting
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution

✅ Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of experience in pharma sales & marketing
• Strong creative and strategic mindset
• Experience in campaign planning, brand promotions, and post/content making tools (like Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Leadership and team handling experience is a must
