Job Role:

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for expanding our client base, promoting logistics services, generating leads, and building long-term customer relationships. Ideal candidates should be self-driven, persuasive, and familiar with the transport/logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (industrial, manufacturing, trading units).

• Promote transportation and logistics services tailored to client needs.

• Visit customers in field; conduct meetings and presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Achieve sales targets and report daily/weekly performance.

• Gather market insights and competitor information.

• Coordinate with operations for smooth execution of services.

• Participate in marketing activities, events, or exhibitions as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, or Logistics preferred.

• Experience: 1-3 years in sales (Logistics/Transport/SCM preferred).

• Language: Marathi, Hindi essential; English optional but a plus.

• Must have own two-wheeler and smartphone.
