Job Title: Business Development Executive (Domestic & International Markets) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Industry: Manufacturing Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role involves working across domestic and international markets , with a focus on identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth in contract manufacturing services. Key Responsibilities Domestic Business Development Identify and engage with potential clients requiring contract manufacturing services. Schedule and attend in-person meetings to understand client requirements. Present our manufacturing capabilities and customized solutions effectively. Coordinate client visits to our manufacturing facility and ensure alignment with production teams. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and support. Execute offline marketing initiatives, BTL activities, and networking events. International Business Development Research and generate leads in international markets. Communicate with overseas clients through email, calls, and virtual meetings. Prepare proposals, quotations, and company presentations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams for timely responses and project execution. Support the team’s participation in international trade shows, expos, and virtual B2B events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferred). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Willingness to travel for client meetings (mainly within India). Understanding of the manufacturing or contract manufacturing sector is an advantage. Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
