Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to join Munico Foods, a growing brand in the Food and Beverages FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, maintaining retailer relationships, and driving product availability across Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits across Hyderabad to onboard new shops, supermarkets, and retail outlets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure regular product availability.
Ensure outlets have adequate stock and assist with product placement.
Collect payments from retailers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
Work closely with the internal team to achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG marketing or sales (preferred in Food & Beverages).
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with valid license for field work.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Should be comfortable with extensive travel within Hyderabad.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Benefits:
Fixed salary ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month based on experience.
Petrol allowance or travel reimbursement as per company norms.
