Sales & Marketing Executive

Gender & Eligibility: Only Graduated Female candidate with good communication skills. Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Creating Candidate database. 2. Handling Candidate Profiles and process. 3. Coordinating Candidate service. 4. Briefing the process / services to the customer. 5. Ensuring Candidate satisfaction. 6. Requires patience, persuasiveness, and persistence. 7. It's also important to have excellent communication and typing skills, alongside the ability to perform in an office setting. 8. Answer and direct phone calls. 9. Organize and schedule appointments. 10. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes. 11. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. 12. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. 13. Develop and maintain a filing system. 14. Need strong communication skills to write emails, make phone calls and conduct meetings. To excel in this role, have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to listen. 15. Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information. 16. Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests. 17. Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments. 18.
