Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking Marketing Executives with proven results who can actively promote Relay Automation’s products and services, generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and help build a strong market presence. Key Responsibilities

• Promote Relay Automation’s home automation solutions to residential and commercial clients
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and local marketing activities
• Identify potential customers and understand their automation needs
• Present product offerings, explain features and benefits, and close sales
• Coordinate with the technical team for site visits, demonstrations, and installations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, builders, and interior designers
• Execute local marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness activities
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide regular feedback and market insights to the management team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales or marketing targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical products in a simple and convincing manner
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven mindset
• Willingness to work in the field and travel locally
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or social media promotion is a plus
• Prior experience in home automation, electronics, real estate, or technology sales is an advantage
