Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in the stationery industry . The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the Indian stationery market, strong sales acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and dealers Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing market presence Handle institutional, retail, and modern trade sales Plan and execute promotional campaigns and trade events Conduct competitor analysis and market research Provide regular sales reports and forecasts Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of orders Requirements: Minimum 6 years of sales and marketing experience in the stationery field Strong network within the stationery or FMCG sector Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred Benefits: Opportunity to work with a well-established brand Growth and leadership opportunities Supportive team environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Do you have experience in stationery industry Experience: Sales: 6 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
