Sales Telecaller (Female Preferred)

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Telecaller (preferably female) with strong communication and persuasion skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecalling or inside sales and be capable of generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services and generate sales. Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone, email, or WhatsApp. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaigns. Requirements: Female candidates preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role. Excellent communication skills in : English, Hindi, etc.]. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
