We are a growing stationery manufacturing company looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in inbound sales . The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience handling incoming inquiries and proactively converting leads into orders. The role involves making outbound calls to potential buyers (data provided), understanding their requirements, pitching relevant products, and closing deals. Your target market will include distributors, wholesalers, retailers, institutions, and corporate buyers across India. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound inquiries from prospective customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, or website. Make outbound calls to prospects (data provided) across India to generate interest and close orders. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from our stationery range. Share quotations, product catalogs, and follow up consistently until the deal is closed. Maintain and update records of leads, conversations, and orders in CRM or Excel. Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, dispatch, and customer support. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound or telesales, preferably in B2B sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus). Strong phone presence and ability to manage high volumes of outbound calls. Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, and digital communication tools. Knowledge of the stationery or office supplies industry is a plus.
