Sales & Marketing Executive

About Lumenza:

LUMENZA is a fast-growing brand in the premium architectural hardware industry, offering high-quality door handles, locks, kitchen accessories, bathroom fittings, and safes. We are looking for dynamic and result-driven individuals to join our sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

>< Lead Generation:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers (dealers, architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, etc.)
• Conduct field visits, networking, cold calls, and online outreach to generate new business leads

>< Product Promotion & Presentation:

• Showcase and explain Lumenza products to clients using samples, brochures, and digital tools
• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and usage

>< Deal Closure:

• Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Convert leads into successful sales by building trust and offering the right solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

>< Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
• Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction

><Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain daily reports of visits, calls, and conversions
• Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for smooth delivery and branding support

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 years of experience in field sales or marketing (hardware or building materials preferred)

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✅ Confidence in client handling and field marketing

✅ Basic understanding of digital marketing tools is a plus

✅ Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)

✅ Willing to travel within the city/region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

• Indore Collectorate, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Field sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English & Hindi both (Preferred)

• Driving Licence (Preferred)
