Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B) Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by acquiring and managing B2B clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation strategies to boost brand presence and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Identify and acquire potential B2B clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients. Negotiate deals, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Marketing Responsibilities: Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads. Conduct competitor analysis to refine sales strategies. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing (industry-specific experience is a plus).
