Job Summary: CEEJAY WEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives with expertise in mutual funds, and banking products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting financial products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: ----------------------- Prospect and acquire new customers for mutual funds, insurance, and other banking products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes in the financial sector. Conduct financial planning sessions and provide investment advice. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 1-3 years in sales of loans, mutual funds, banking, or financial products. Education: Any graduate (preferably finance/commerce background). Certifications like NISM, IRDA will be a plus. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
