Sales & Marketing Executive

We are a service-based company specializing in Epoxy & PU Flooring, Waterproofing, and Structural Painting. With a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we cater to industrial, commercial, and residential projects. We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, client meetings, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
• Promote and explain our services (Epoxy & PU Flooring, Waterproofing, Structural Painting) to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, events, and promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales/marketing within construction, coatings, flooring, or waterproofing industries(preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of local construction and industrial market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
