Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell the burner. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial sales, a good understanding of burner technology, and the ability to manage customer relationships from inquiry to after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial burners across target markets.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales through presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Provide product demonstrations and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to offer custom solutions based on client requirements.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate with after-sales/service team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge of burners (oil/gas/dual fuel), combustion systems, and industrial heating applications.
• Proven track record in B2B industrial sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
