*Role Overview*
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and support project conversions for our architecture & interior design studio.
*Key Responsibilities*
Identify and convert new business opportunities.
Build and maintain client and vendor relationships.
Handle client meetings, follow-ups & presentations.
Support marketing activities (social media, events, branding).
Prepare proposals and assist with BOQs (optional).
Coordinate with design teams for smooth execution.
*Requirements*
2+ years experience in the Interior Design/Architecture field (mandatory).
Strong communication skills; fluent in English.
Target-driven, presentable, and good with client interaction.
BOQ knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
