Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Location: Rajkot Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our customer base and promote our brand. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales leads, pitch products/services, and close deals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotions. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and marketing insights. Manage social media platforms and contribute to content creation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product launches and promotional activities. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related role (1–3 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [Industry Type – e.g., FMCG, Tech, Real Estate, etc.]. Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing tools. Fluency in English, Hindi, Gujarati.
