Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive ISP (Internet Service Provider) Location: Lucknow Experience: 1-5 years in Sales/Marketing (ISP or Telecom preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing ISP business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, and promoting our internet services to both residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, and online outreach. Promote and sell broadband and leased line internet plans to individuals, SMEs, and enterprises. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and lead generation. Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure seamless installation and service delivery. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and community events to promote the brand. Requirements: Proven experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the ISP or telecom sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines. Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences. Basic knowledge of internet services like fiber broadband, leased lines, etc.
