Arigato Wellness is a multidisciplinary health and rehabilitation centre in Bangalore focussed on Physiotherapy, Post-Operative recovery, Orthopaedic, Neuro Rehabilitation and Holistic Wellness. Our mission is to help individuals restore strength, mobility, and balance through personalized and evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads (corporate tie-ups, individual clients, wellness programmes) and convert them into bookings for the centre.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to promote various wellness services (yoga, nutrition, posture alignment, sound healing etc.).
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and corporate partners; upsell additional services and retain clients.
- Collaborate with the operations and service teams to understand the offerings deeply and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback; provide insights to refine service offerings and marketing strategies.
- Handle social media marketing, digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram), email marketing, and content creation (blogs, newsletters) to build brand awareness.
- Organise events, wellness workshops, seminars, open-houses to attract prospects and engage the community.
- Prepare monthly sales/marketing reports: pipeline, conversion rates, ROI on campaigns, client satisfaction metrics.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for new business and retention revenue.
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify, approach and engage potential clients (patients or referral sources such as doctors, clinics, hospitals) for the rehabilitation centre’s services (e.g., physical therapy, post-injury rehab, wellness).
- Conduct field visits (B2B: clinics/hospitals, B2C: community outreach) and follow up leads through calls, emails and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain a referral network (physicians, surgeons, therapists, diagnostic centres) to channel clients into the centre.
- Stay active in market outreach: cold-calls, warm leads, exhibitions, health fairs, community events, corporate wellness tie-ups.
- Service Promotion & Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives (offline + online) to create awareness of the rehabilitation services offered—e.g., injury recovery programmes, posture correction, rehab after surgery.
- Manage digital marketing: social media posts, Google/Facebook ads, email newsletters, website updates.
- Create promotional collateral: brochures, flyers, presentations, video content about success stories, service benefits.
- Plan and execute events/workshops/seminars (e.g., “Back pain awareness”, “Post-surgery rehabilitation”, “Corporate wellness talk”) to drive interest and client acquisition.
- Service Presentation & Consultative Selling
- Present the centre’s offerings to prospective clients/referral partners: explain service protocols, therapy types, outcomes, pricing, packages.
- Conduct needs-analysis: understand the client’s (or referring physician’s) requirements and recommend appropriate rehab packages.
- Negotiate terms, close deals/packages for clients, assist them with enrolment/booking.
- Upsell/cross-sell value-added services (e.g., nutrition counselling, posture correction, follow-up therapy) and drive retention.
- Client Relationship Management & Retention
- Maintain contact with existing clients and their families/referral sources; ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Monitor and track follow-up sessions, client progress (in coordination with clinical team) and ensure service delivery aligns with promises.
- Address client queries, concerns or feedback and coordinate with service/operations team to resolve issues quickly.
- Build long-term relationships that generate recurring business and referrals.
- Market & Competitor Insights
- Monitor the local/regional rehabilitation services market: competitor offerings, pricing strategies, emerging therapy trends.
- Gather feedback from clients/referral partners about the centre’s services, quality, and perception; use this to refine messaging and offerings.
- Maintain updated databases of referral sources, prospects, conversion funnels, and service uptake statistics.
- Reporting & Metrics Tracking
- Maintain and update CRM (or sales tracking) tool with leads, conversions, client data, referral sources.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as number of leads, conversion rate, client acquisition cost, average package value, retention rate, referral volume.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to management on sales pipeline, marketing campaign outcomes, budget utilisation, and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with marketing budget: aid planning, track spend and ROI from campaigns.
- Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with service delivery teams (therapists, doctors, clinical staff) to deeply understand the therapies offered, outcomes, and client testimonials—so you can market them accurately.
- Collaborate with operations/admin teams for scheduling, client onboarding, service fulfilment, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service.
- Engage with external partners (corporates, insurance firms, NGOs, medical community) for tie-ups or outreach programmes.
- Brand Building & Community Engagement
- Act as a brand ambassador of the rehabilitation centre: uphold the image and values of the centre, build trust in the market.
- Participate in or organise health-education seminars, community talks, wellness outreach to position the centre as a thought-leader in rehabilitation and wellness.
- Manage testimonials, case-studies, social proof (client success stories), and ensure they are used in marketing communications responsibly (with consent, privacy maintained).
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1-3 years (or more) of experience in sales & marketing (ideally in wellness, health-care, fitness or lifestyle services).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in both B2C and B2B contexts.
- Digital marketing skills: social media, Google ads, SEO/SEM, email campaigns.
- Good negotiation skills and client-facing capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised, target-driven, with excellent follow-up and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting metrics preferred.
- Passion for wellness, health and lifestyle services is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹10,864.92 - ₹80,837.12 per month
