We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team and help expand our brand presence in the market. 🧩 Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Candy Mart products in retail and wholesale markets Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Conduct market visits and product promotions Collect orders from distributors/retailers and ensure timely follow-ups Maintain sales data and prepare reports for management 🛠 Skills Required: Excellent communication and convincing skills Smart field sales techniques Good knowledge of the local market (Nashik preferred) Customer relationship handling Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.) 📚 Qualification & Experience: Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred) Experience: 0–2 years in FMCG or Confectionery sales (Freshers are welcome) Languages: Hindi, Marathi (English is an advantage) 💸 Salary & Benefits: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000per month (based on experience) Travel Allowance: ₹3,000/month Attractive performance-based incentives TA/DA as applicable Bonus based on targets achieved 🕔 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Sunday Off 📍 How to Apply: 📞 Call or WhatsApp: 8237603961 📧 Email: candymart92@gmail.com
