Territory Covered: Eastern India (including West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Assam region

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle daily email communication with customers and remain highly responsive to the Sales Head / HOD.
• Manage and maintain overall sales records for Kolkata and assigned Eastern India territories.
• Support and coordinate sales activities for Bangalore region as required.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/solutions.
• Conduct regular field visits for lead generation, follow-ups, and new business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term business.
• Prepare sales reports, customer data, and follow-ups.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure smooth order execution.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams for complaint handling and issue resolution.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.

Required Skills

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical systems to understand products and resolve customer technical issues quickly.

Communication Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Language Requirement:
• English & Hindi – Mandatory
• Oriya – Preferred (for Orissa)
• Bengali – Preferred (for West Bengal)

Experience

• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / Marketing.

Salary

• Up to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives + commission (depending on experience & interview performance)

Education

• Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical preferred)
