Sales & Marketing Executive

Overall purpose: To increase sales and market share of

Bearings | V-Belts | Oil Seals | Industrial Epoxy & Speciality Coatings | Wedge Screens | Power Tools | Lubricants, etc. products through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to close deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Track sales performance and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Marketing:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote bearings products and services.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website and social media.
• Create marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.

General:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
• Liaise with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Parry's Corner, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
