Sales Executive – Electrical (Panels & Switchgear)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-time

Education: Bachelor's (Required)

Experience: NET: 3 years (Preferred)

Role & Responsibilities

Drive marketing and sales activities for LT & HT Panels and Switchgear in Jaipur and nearby regions.

Primarily handle field sales, with daily visits to both new and existing customers to generate enquiries.

Prepare, submit, and follow up on techno-commercial offers using Prospect Qualification System (PQS).

Regular customer visits to ensure enquiry follow-up and conversion into business/orders.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Coordinate with internal teams for drawings, designs, and process requirements.

Periodic outstation visits (e.g., Rajasthan locations) for business development.

Key Skills

• Sales & Marketing: Panels, Switchgear, Control Panels, Solar Panels
• Sales Types: Engineering Sales, Panel Distributor Sales, Channel Sales, Channel Management
• Technical Understanding: Electrical Panels, Control Panels, Process Machinery, Panel Builders
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand work/design specifications
• Strong relationship development and lead generation skills
