Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will assist in managing sales, client relations, and daily operations while ensuring smooth execution of real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: Handle client inquiries and provide property details. Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations and sales targets. Generate and follow up on leads from multiple platforms. Conduct property visits with clients. Maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors. Support in marketing activities and promotional campaigns. Prepare sales reports and update property records. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA preferred). Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service will be an advantage. Good communication & negotiation skills. Confident, presentable, and client-focused. Knowledge of Ranchi real estate market is a plus.
