Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Solar (ONGRID & HYBRID Systems)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in solar sales (preferred ONGRID & HYBRID)
Salary: ₹30,000+ per month (based on experience) + TA/DA + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in solar energy systems (preferably ONGRID & HYBRID). The role involves field sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and supporting marketing campaigns across Kerala.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new leads across Kerala
• Present and sell ONGRID and HYBRID solar systems
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Support online/offline marketing activities
• Maintain customer records and CRM updates
• Provide after-sales service and support

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in solar sales/marketing
• Willing to travel extensively across Kerala
• Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
• Must have atwo-wheeler with valid license
• Male candidates preferred (due to field travel requirements)
