Company Overview:

We are a tender solutions company with our own private tender portal. We specialize in selling tender memberships to businesses, enabling them to access valuable opportunities. This is a B2B sales and marketing role with a focus on cold calling and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct bulk cold calling to prospective businesses for tender membership sales

Pitch membership plans and explain the value proposition of our portal

Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships

Work towards achieving monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions

Requirements:

MBA in Marketing (mandatory)

Minimum 1–2 years of sales/telesales/B2B marketing experience

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in approach
