Diganta is a growing company in the renewable energy sector, committed to providing high-quality solar products and energy solutions . We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to expand our market presence and achieve aggressive sales targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 7 - 10 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably within the Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or related technical products industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of MS office and other relevant softwares.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and the local regional language.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, a high level of self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kheda, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Marketing & sales: 7 years (Required)

Language:

• English, Gujarati , Hindi (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
