Job Description / Responsibilities *

Achieve given Sales target from assigned customer segments and assigned focused product

Focusing on profitability targets while establishing pricing strategies

Monitor & track the customer enquiry data in the system

Regular coordination with customers from order till despatch stages

Establish healthy and long-lasting relations with customers

Update self on technical competence and commercial know-how in view of satisfactory answers to customer queries

Enlighten internal team on specific needs or preferences of the customers at the start of the project / during execution of the project

Build and showcase success stories internally as well as on various social platforms. (includes updating in company brochures when required)

Plan courtesy meets with existing and potential customers from time to time

Generate new business through various means - exhibitions, workshops and also digital platform such as Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms

Prepare and send Weekly Customer Visit report

Prepare and send Bi Weekly Sales Review report

Follow and collect advance payment, balance payment from customers by due dates

Get quarterly customer feedback through customer feedback forms

Aim for a customer delight by addressing dynamic needs of the customer (e.g. monitoring project progress from anywhere or auto report generation facility and likewise)

Share customer analysis during closing meetings i.e. findings while executing the project, achievements or challenges faced, take away from each project etc.

Hands on Communication skills, Client Interfacing skills & Negotiation with clients
