Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager/Assistant General Manager (AGM) Sales, located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager/AGM Sales will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities which include managing and coordinating sales operations, developing business, establishing effective strategies and client relationships. Additionally, the role involves achieving sales targets, generating leads, and providing exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in developing business strategies and client relationships
• Proficiency in lead generation and achieving sales targets
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
