Job Description

Role Overview:

The Sales/Relationship Manager is responsible for driving lead conversion and fostering long-term customer relationships in a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) environment. This role involves managing customer interactions through a voice process, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and achieving business objectives by converting prospects into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to leverage CRM tools to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record with medium to large residential real estate developers.
  • Plan, conceptualize and implement Sales strategies.
  • Experience across different sales channels viz. Direct Sales, Channel Partners, Corporate, Loyalty, and Referrals - a generalist in sales.
  • Awareness of government policies processes & transaction procedures.
  • Excellent familiarity with RERA regulations and norms.
  • Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends to obtain intelligence reports regarding competition and facilitating the formulation of strategies to counter competition.
  • Core Experience in sourcing.
  • Identification of Channel Partners, signing them up to generate business for the firm.
  • Carrying out presales promotional activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales targets.
  • Launch new CP initiatives and schemes in coordination with Marketing. Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
  • Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly MIS of walk-ins, client database.

  • Ready to travel to various offices as required.
