As a Branch Operation Staff, your role will involve supporting the efficient operation of the branch by managing day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate closely with branch managers, other staff members, and customers to guarantee that all tasks are executed efficiently, contributing to the smooth functioning of the branch. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day branch activities to ensure smooth operation - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction - Collaborate with branch managers and team members to achieve operational goals - Communicate effectively with customers to address their queries and concerns - Assist in resolving any operational issues that may arise Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role is preferred - Ability to reliably commute to Thrissur, Cheruthuruthi, Kerala or willingness to relocate before starting work Please note: This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.
