Job Description

Key Responsibilities Identify and engage prospects for commercial real estate and leasing opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, retailers, and property owners.

Negotiate and finalize leasing agreements to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Deliver strong pipeline and revenue forecasts to management.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure of leasing deals.

Key Requirements Education: Graduate from Delhi University (mandatory).

Experience: 4 years in commercial real estate leasing / concept selling.

Demonstrated success in deal conversions and revenue generation.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Target-driven and motivated to deliver results.

Open to travel and field work for client interactions and closures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
