You will be responsible for finding new clients, closing sales, and helping customers with their property needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and a passion for real estate. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach new clients in the Noida region Call potential customers and fix meetings Close sales deals and meet monthly targets Keep track of all sales activities in the CRM system Follow up with leads and maintain good relationships with clients Give expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties Help buyers and sellers negotiate and close deals Work with other departments to ensure smooth processes Solve customer problems quickly and professionally Requirements Bachelor's degree or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field 2–6 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred) Good spoken and written communication skills Confident, presentable, and self-motivated Must own a 4-wheeler vehicle for client visits Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle client relationships Salary & Benefits💰 Salary: Based on your current package and experience (Negotiable) 🎯 Incentives based on performance 📈 Growth and learning opportunities in the real estate sector
